Aggressive selection. Conservative capital deployment.
Singsong moves quickly where buyer evidence is strong and removes activity where interest, conversion, contribution, or retention is weak.
Evidence hierarchy
- Retained-customer contribution
- Purchase and refund behavior
- Controlled campaign experiments
- First-party search and website behavior
- Customer interviews, support, and survey evidence
- Current platform and public-market signals
- Synthetic AI audience critiques
Free-first escalation
CreateProduce original assets at zero or near-zero cost.
ValidateUse owned, organic, partner, referral, and community surfaces.
Micro-testUse the smallest measurable paid tranche only after evidence.
MeasureEvaluate contribution, CPA, refunds, and customer quality.
Scale or stopRelease the next tranche or retire the zone.
Approval and spend governance
Approval applies to an exact snapshot of the creative, audience, destination, schedule, and cost caps. A material change invalidates the approval and sends the item back to review. Approval does not itself publish content or activate spend.
Limits of the system
Singsong makes estimates from supplied data and observed results. It cannot guarantee platform approval, demand, conversion, profit, or the globally optimal campaign. AI output is treated as a hypothesis until real audience behavior supports it.
